▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Benzopyrene modified G-quadruplex fluorescent probe comprises reduced graphene oxide and benzopyrene modified G-quadruplex DNA sequence adsorbed on surface of the reduced graphene oxide. USE - The benzopyrene modified G-quadruplex fluorescent probe is useful for detecting thrombin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The benzopyrene modified G-quadruplex fluorescent probe is prepared in a simple manner, and detects thrombin with excellent selectivity and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a benzopyrene-modified G-quadruplex fluorescent probe, which involves (a) providing uracil phosphate derivatives and reduced graphene oxide, (b) using uracil phosphate derivative to synthesize the G-quadruplex DNA sequence by a DNA solid-phase synthesizer, (c) using G-quadruplex DNA sequence as a template to prepare the benzopyrene-modified G-quadruplex DNA sequence through a click reaction, and (d) incubating reduced graphene oxide with the benzopyrene-modified G-quadruplex DNA sequence.
