▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves dropping reducing graphene oxide liquid droplets to an electrode surface. The reduced graphene oxide liquid droplets are covered by using bubble. Air bubble breaking process is performed when the bubble is contact with an electrode substrate. The reduced graphene oxide liquid droplets are dropped to the electrode substrate. A prepared reduced graphene oxide powder is dispersed into an organic solvent, where a diameter of the bubble is less than 2 mm and the organic solvent includes compositions of ethanol, acetone, tetrahydrofuran and N-dimethylformamide. USE - Method for preparing graphene electrode for gas sensor used in material science. Uses include but are not limited to micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene thin film with better uniformity, so as to enhance the uniformity of the reduced graphene oxide film after dropping liquid, and solving the problem that the graphene sensor preparation affects the sensitivity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a concentric dual-layer nozzle of a graphene electrode for gas sensor. Outer spraying cavity (1) Inner spraying cavity (2)
