▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A paper-based graphene sensing and driving integrated intelligent film comprises paper-based graphene film with asymmetrical structure. USE - Paper-based graphene sensing and driving integrated intelligent film used in preparing flexible driver having self-sensing characteristics for preparing bionic flower, bionic intelligent leg, and bionic intelligent crawling robot, and flexible wearable sensor having photoresponsiveness for identifying direction of bending (all claimed) and for sensing human physiological signals. ADVANTAGE - The paper-based graphene sensing and driving integrated intelligent film has high sensing and photo-deformation functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of paper-based graphene sensing and driving integrated intelligent film, which involves (1) immersing the paper in graphene oxide dispersion for a period of time, repeatedly impregnating on a glass substrate at a certain temperature after drying, placing contact surface of paper-based graphene oxide film and glass substrate on the same side during the repeated impregnation process and obtaining paper-based graphene oxide film after multiple impregnation, (2) immersing obtained paper-based graphene oxide film in hydroiodic acid solution to protect from light, originally producing reduced paper-based graphene film, washing repeatedly in deionized water and ethanol solution, placing on a heating platform to dry to obtain paper-based graphene film having an asymmetric structure, (3), bonding the conductive wire to the upper side or the lower side of paper-based graphene film through conductive adhesive, (4) bonding the paper-based graphene film to the polymer layer, cutting upper portion of obtained composite film into movable window used as drive module, remaining as sensing module.
