▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The interface-modified metal zinc cathode whose surface is coated with a binder-graphene oxide-zinc oxide polymer composite film. The adhesive is PVDF and the zinc oxide is nano zinc oxide. USE - Interface-modified metal zinc cathode for use in aqueous zinc ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The interface-modified metal zinc cathode solves the technical problems that excessive zinc dendrites and side reactions occur on the electrode surface of an aqueous zinc ion battery. The modified zinc pole piece forms fewer zinc dendrites after charging and discharging, which prolongs the service life of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of an interface-modified metal zinc cathode, which involves preparing a metal zinc anode sheet, dissolving 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. graphene oxide in 1000 pts. wt. dispersant, adding 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. zinc oxide after ultrasonic dispersion, and obtaining dark brown solution (A) after ultrasonic dispersion again, dissolving 50 pts. wt. binder in 1000 pts. wt. dispersant, and after fully stirring, obtaining a transparent jelly-like substance (B), dissolving 100-200 pts. wt. colloidal substance (B) in the solution (A), and after fully reacting, obtaining a uniform and transparent solution (C) without bubbles, protecting one side of the metal zinc anode sheet with tape, and completely immersing the other side in the solution (C), taking out and then drying. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the scanning electron microscope image of the surface of metallic zinc after modification of PVDF graphene oxide zinc oxide polymer in test example.
