▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing nanofibers-graphene separation membrane, comprises (a) preparing spinning solution containing polyvinylidene fluoride mixed solution, graphene oxide dispersion solution, glycol and polyacrylic acid; (b) forming nanofibers web by electrospinning the spinning solution; and (c) heat treating the nano fiber web. The content of the graphene oxide in the graphene oxide dispersion solution is 0.5-5 wt.% based on the total weight of the spinning solution. USE - The membrane is useful for water treatment (claimed), and in microfiltration. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has excellent chemical resistance to organic solvents, tensile strength, elongation rate, stain resistance and hydrophilic property. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nanofiber-graphene separation membrane (100a) having nanofiber web made of several nanofibers, and formed with several pores (10). The nanofibers are impregnated with inorganic component (20) including graphene oxide on organic components including polyvinylidene fluoride and polyacrylic acid.
