NOVELTY - The method involves preparing perovskite precursor solution. The oleic acid lead and methane chloride are mixed into acetone. The lead chloride precursor liquid is dripped to the perovskite precursor mixing and stirring to obtain the modified precursor solution. The perovskite thin film material is formed after heat treatment. The perovskite thin film material is placed on the graphite suspension diluted solution. The modified perovskite thin film material is placed in the sealed reflux tank. The graphene modified perovskite thin film material is obtained. USE - Solar cell material preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The low flatness of the perovskite material is avoided. The uniformity of process is improved.
