▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has a top cell window layer formed with a metallic nano-particle layer. An ohmic contact is arranged between a single graphene-containing layer and the metallic nano-particle layer. A substrate is made of gallium arsenic (GaAs), indium phosphide (InP), germanium (Ge) and silicon (Si) material. An anti-reflection layer is made of silicon-di-oxide (SiO2), titanium-di-oxide (TiO2), magnesium fluorine (MgF) and zinc sulfide (ZnS). The metallic nano-particle layer is made of gold, germanium, nickel, titanium, molybdenum, silver (Ag) and copper (Cu) material. USE - Solar energy battery structure. ADVANTAGE - The graphene and metal nano-particle layers are combined with each other to form a transparent composite electrode, so that electrode shielding light area is reduced for effectively improving light absorption efficiency and photo-electric conversion efficiency. The structure has wide range of applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a solar energy battery structure preparation method.
