▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Thin film composite membrane comprises a substrate membrane having nitrogen-doped graphene oxide quantum dots (N-GOQDs). USE - The membrane is useful for desalination (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane utilizes the graphene oxide quantum dots that can be doped with nitrogen to increase the performance of the membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing (M1) the membrane, comprising applying N-GOQDs to the substrate membrane using interfacial polymerization; and (2) desalination (M2) comprising passing saltwater through the membrane that includes the substrate membrane having N-GOQDs.
