NOVELTY - Preparing polyimide graphite film having high thermal conductivity and high strength comprises (i) preparing graphene/diamine solution, (ii) adding aromatic dianhydride into graphene/diamine solution and reacting under protection of nitrogen to obtain graphene/polyamic acid solution, (iii) preparing resin solution, (iv) preparing graphene/polyimide film, (v) laminating graphene/polyimide film and then heat treating under argon atmosphere and (vi) subjecting carbonized sample to high-temperature graphitization in an autoclave to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyimide graphite film having high thermal conductivity and high strength (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the strength and heat resistance of film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyimide graphite film having high thermal conductivity and high strength comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide, adding aromatic diamine, stirring and heating, reacting graphene oxide with diamine to form grafted graphene to obtain graphene/diamine solution, (ii)adding aromatic dianhydride into graphene/diamine solution, under protection of nitrogen and reacting to obtain graphene/polyamic acid solution, where the molar ratio between dianhydride and diamine is 1:1, (iii) lowering temperature of reaction device to -20 to 0 degrees C, then adding imidization dehydrating agent and catalyst and stirring to obtain resin solution, (iv) casting the resin solution on the stainless steel plate and drying to obtain gel film, then peeling off gel film from stainless steel plate, fixing with metal frame and placing in an imine furnace to carrying out imidization and final heat setting to obtain graphene/polyimide film, (v) laminating graphene/polyimide film and then heat treating in a carbonization furnace under an argon atmosphere, and (vi) subjecting carbonized sample to high-temperature graphitization at 2200-2800 degrees C in an autoclave to obtain final product.
