▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyurethane foam comprises graphene as functionalized graphene having isocyanate groups, where isocyanate functionalized graphene is prepared by modification of graphene oxide, and further comprises graphene-modified polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting isocyanate, isocyanate-modified graphene, polyether polyol, chain extender, foaming agent, catalyst, and silicone foam stabilizer under specific conditions. The graphene has a mass of 0.05-0.3 wt.% of isocyanate. USE - Used as graphene modified polyurethane foam. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam: achieves the purpose of graphene polymerization modified polyurethane foam by reacting isocyanate group with polyether polyol; and has excellent mechanical properties, antibacterial inhibition, and far infrared functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene modified polyurethane foam, comprising (i) carrying out preparation of isocyanate functionalized graphene by adding graphene powder to solvent, then adding toluene-2,4-diisocyanate, reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 4-8 hours, using washing solvent for fully washing, and vacuum drying to obtain grey isocyanate functionalized graphene, (ii) preparing graphene-modified polyurethane foam, dispersing isocyanate-functionalized graphene obtained in the step (i) in toluene-2,4-diisocyanate, then rapidly stirring with polyether trihydric alcohol, organic tin catalyst, tertiary amine catalyst, organosilicone foam stabilizer, water, auxiliary foaming agent, and pouring into mold to obtain polyurethane foam block.
