▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Phosphorus-boron doped carbon material has B1sof spectral peak X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, where there is a characteristic peak at the position of 190.5±0.5 eV. USE - The phosphorus-boron doped carbon material is useful as electrode material in electrochemistry; and for preparing platinum-carbon catalyst and hydrogen fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The phosphorus-boron doped carbon material has good mass ratio activity, excellent electrochemical stability, and improved aqueous phase reduction process for the production of a platinum-carbon catalyst, and provides platinum carbon catalyst having high platinum-carrying amount. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing silicon-boron-doped carbon material which involves contacting the carbon material and the boron source and phosphorus source in the inert gas at 400-900℃ for 0.5-10 hours to obtain the phosphorus-boron doped carbon material; (2) a platinum carbon catalyst comprising carbon carrier and platinum metal loaded on it; the carbon carrier is phosphorus-boron doped carbon material; (3) preparing platinum-carbon catalyst which involves: (a) manufacturing the phosphorus-boron doped carbon material: processing the carbon material, boron source and phosphorus source in contact gas at 400-900℃ for 0.5-10 hours to obtain the phosphorus-boron doped carbon material; and (b) loading platinum by using the phosphorus-boron doped carbon material obtained in the step (a) as the carrier; and (4) a hydrogen fuel cell, where the platinum carbon catalyst is used in the positive electrode and/or in the negative electrode.
