NOVELTY - Graphene ink composition comprises a charged chemically modified graphene, a binder, graphene flakes and a solvent, where the charged chemically modified graphene has an absolute value of the zeta potential of greater than or equal to 25 mV. USE - As a graphene ink composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent dispersibility, reduces sheet resistance and improves vertical thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing a graphene ink composition involving preparing a first colloid in which charged chemically modified graphene is dispersed, preparing a second colloid in which graphene flakes are dispersed, and mixing the first colloid, the second colloid, binder and solvent to obtain the product.
