▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating surface of fluororesin composition involves preparing primer coating composition by mixing 55-75 wt.% a pigment composition, 20-30 wt.% a fluororesin, 3-10 wt.% a fluorinated polyether resin, and 1-5 wt.% a silicone resin, coating undercoat composition on the surface of the cookware with a dry film thickness of 15-30 micrometer, drying for 10-30 minutes at a temperature of 80-250 degrees C, and cooling to room temperature to form an undercoat layer, selecting 45-65 wt.% fluororesin, 20-40 wt.% water, 3-10 wt.% fluorinated polyether resin, 2-3 wt.% graphene dispersion and pH adjuster, thickener, leveling agent, antifoaming agent and dispersant, preparing a top coat composition by mixing 1-3 wt.% one or two or more additives, forming a top coat layer by coating a top coat composition on the bottom coat layer with a dry coat thickness of 15-30 micrometer, firing at a temperature of 350-450 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to form a top coat layer. USE - Method for coating surface of fluororesin composition. ADVANTAGE - The method exhibits high gloss due to low surface tension and excellent smoothness, lowers the surface tension of the coating film to a level of 20 mN/m or less, so that food does not stick to the coated surface during cooking, exhibits a high-gloss appearance effect, and excellent interlayer adhesion.
