▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An inorganic/organic inter-doped hydrophobic polyimide aerogel composite material comprises polyimide organic gel system and cobalt iron oxide inorganic gel system which are bridged by modified carbon quantum dots. The organic gel system and modified inorganic gel system in the composite material are doped and fixed with each other and serve as skeleton of the composite material. The thermal decomposition temperature of the composite material is greater than or equal to 485degreesC and has water contact angle of 120-135degrees. USE - The inorganic/organic inter-doped hydrophobic polyimide aerogel composite material is used for heat insulation, catalysis, organic adsorption, and air filtering fields. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has hydrophobicity property, adapts to multiple molding casting technique, has simple preparation process, greatly reduces the organic matter volatilization in the preparation process, is porous, and has density of less than 0.1g/cm3 and good heat performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the composite material comprising reacting diamine monomer and dianhydride monomer in an organic solvent in a low temperature environment to obtain a polyamic acid solution; reacting with quaternization reagent, slowly putting into deionized water for precipitation at low temperature, washing with deionized water until the organic solvent is completely removed, and drying; dissolving in 0.5-2.5 wt.% modified carbon quantum dot/deionized aqueous solution, slowly adding to cobalt iron oxide inorganic gel liquid phase system in batches for pre-treatment, freezing, and freeze-drying; and thermally imidizing.
