NOVELTY - Method for preparing continuous high-thermal-conductivity asphalt-based carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite material, involves (a) rolling high-heat-conductivity asphalt-based carbon fiber shaft on unwinding bobbin of wet-process prepreg yarn arranging machine, passing carbon fiber using at least two positioning rings, pressing and fixing carbon fiber on winding drum of wet-process prepreg yarn arranging machine coated with release paper using positioning roller, (b) hydrolyzing and treating thermally conductive inorganic particles using silane coupling agent, cleaning and drying, adding to epoxy resin substrate for preparing epoxy resin glue solution, (c) starting winding drum of wet prepreg yarn arranging machine, winding drawing carbon fiber, and simultaneously performing continuous glue injection infiltration using automatic glue injection system, and drying, and (d) cutting air-dried prepreg, laying and using vacuum hot-pressing tank for curing and molding. USE - Method for preparing continuous high-thermal-conductivity asphalt-based carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problems that the fiber is easy to break and damage and the resin matrix is poorly matched with fiber, and improves the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of prepared composite material.
