▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing hollow fiber tube for fuel battery, comprises (i) mixing uniformly ionic resin and graphene to obtain raw material, (ii) melting raw material, passing through the hollow spinneret for extruding, then cooling by air to obtain primary hollow fiber tube, and (iii) stretching primary hollow fiber tube, processing in water bath to obtain hollow fiber tube. The ionic resin is e.g. perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin, sulfonated polyphenyl ether, sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone, sulfonated polyimide, sulfonated polyamide imide, sulfonated polyetherimide, and sulfonated polysulfone. USE - The method is used in preparing hollow fiber tube for fuel battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the product ion exchange property by 30% and mechanical strength by 60%, uses fusion extrusion molding technology; and has simple processing technique, and high production efficiency, which is beneficial for realizing industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing hollow fiber tube for fuel battery, comprises (i) mixing uniformly 80-99.9 wt.% ionic resin and 0.1-20 wt.% graphene to obtain raw material, (ii) melting raw material, passing through the hollow spinneret for extruding, then cooling by air to obtain primary hollow fiber tube, and (iii) stretching 1-5 times primary hollow fiber tube, processing in water bath at 20-90 degrees C for 30-120 minutes to obtain hollow fiber tube. The ionic resin is perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin, sulfonated polyphenyl ether, sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone, sulfonated polyimide, sulfonated polyamide imide, sulfonated polyetherimide, sulfonated polysulfone, sulfonated polybenzimidazole, sulfonated polystyrene, sulfonated poly-methyl amide, sulfonated poly phenylene, sulfonated polyphenylene sulfide and/or sulfonated poly-p-phenylene benzamide; the graphene is sulfonated graphene, graphene oxide and/or carboxylated graphene.
