▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coating arrangement (C1) comprises: a first layer (4) and a second layer (7), where the first layer comprises a first polymer (3) comprising first hyperbranched polyglycerol derivatives, polyethylenimine, polyethylenimine derivatives, polyallylamine, or polyallylamine derivatives, the second layer comprises a second polymer (6) comprising second polyglycerol derivatives, and the second polyglycerol derivatives are linear or hyperbranched polyglycerol derivatives that are (i) alkylated with an alkyl chain having 9C, and (ii) sulfated, sulfonated, carboxylated or phosphated, the first layer is positively charged, the second layer is negatively charged and the second layer adheres to the first layer by electrostatic interactions. USE - The coating arrangement is useful in coating assembly which is used as air filter or as protective facemask (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating arrangement: exhibits excellent virucidal properties; enables the manufacture of self-disinfecting surfaces having virucidal ability; and is automated, reliable and material efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) coating assembly (C2) comprising a substrate (1) and the coating arrangement applied onto the substrate, where the coating arrangement comprises first layer and second layer, the first layer comprises a first polymer covalently bound to the substrate, and the second layer adheres to the first layer by electrostatic interactions; and (2) manufacturing the coating assembly comprising (a) immersing a substrate into a first coating solution having the first polymer to apply a first polymer layer onto the substrate, where the first polymer layer is positively charged, (b) optionally rinsing the substrate with applied first polymer layer in a first rinsing solution, (c) drying the substrate with applied first polymer layer, (d) immersing the substrate into a second coating solution having the second polymer to apply a second polymer layer onto the first polymer layer, where the second polymer layer is negatively charged and the second polymer layer adheres to the first polymer layer by electrostatic interactions, (e) optionally rinsing the substrate with applied first and second polymer layers in a second rinsing solution, and (f) drying the substrate with applied first and second polymer layers.
