▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum-based nano-composite material modified by carbide nano-particle comprises (i) uniformly mixing salt A, carbon source, cation source and sugar, heating to melt sugar, cooling to obtain first mixed solid, completely melting pure aluminum to obtain aluminum liquid, adding salt B on surface of aluminum liquid, after completely melting salt B, adding first mixed solid to react to obtain aluminum liquid containing carbide nano particles, (ii) casting aluminum liquid containing carbide nano-particles to obtain carbide nano-particle reinforced pure aluminum composite material ingot, (iii) carbide nano-particle reinforced pure aluminum composite material ingot is carbide nano-particle modified aluminum-based nano composite material, or carbide nano-particle reinforced pure aluminum composite material ingot re-melting, according to component of target aluminum alloy, heating and alloying and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum-based nano composite material modified by carbide nanoparticles. ADVANTAGE - The method has very low production cost, and is easy for industrial production. It can realize a series of processes i.e. deslagging and degassing in the production process. The obtained carbide nano-particles and aluminum melt has good wettability, and dispersing uniformly in the substrate.
