NOVELTY - The method comprises (1) mixing graphene quantum dots, boron nitride nanosheets, alcohol, water, dimethyl sulfoxide and surfactant to obtain a mixture, (2) vacuum drying and infiltrating the mixture into the wood, and (3) freeze-drying the wood to obtain a three-dimensional thermally conductive wave absorbing material. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional thermally conductive wave-absorbing material, which is used in electronic device e.g. mobile phone, personal digital assistant (PDA), portable multimedia player (PMP), digital camera, digital camcorder, digital video camera (DVC), digital video recorder (DVR), digital photo frame (DPMR), and personal computer (PC). ADVANTAGE - The method: provides a high-heat-conducting and high-absorbing composite material structure with simple preparation, high mechanical strength and three-dimensional conduction; and adopts pressure perfusion and freeze-drying method to load graphene quantum dots and boron nitride nanosheets.
