▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has straight waveguide (3) and annular resonator (4) which are arranged on insulating substrate. The straight waveguide and annular resonator are provided on a square shaped graphite conductive layer (5). The graphene conductive layer is provided with a first electrode layer (6) and a second electrode layer (7) at respective ends. The first electrode layer and second electrode layer are not overlapped. USE - Thermo optic modulator graphene micro ring structure. ADVANTAGE - The simple micro ring resonator which is very sensitive with silicon large thermo-optic coefficient is achieved efficiently, the ultra-fast thermal conductivity is realized, and the dynamic response of the thermo optic modulator graphene micro ring structure is improved.
