▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon-carbon composite cathode material comprises (i) mixing and grinding the silicon and silicon dioxide and heating to react to generate the silicon dioxide vapor; (ii) condensing the silicon dioxide vapor and the nano-carbon material slurry synchronously and introducing graphite to obtain the silicon oxide-carbon-graphite composite material; and (iii) introducing a gas carbon source to form a coated carbon layer on the surface of the silicon oxide-carbon-graphite composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicon-carbon composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method: eases the volume expansion through nanosilicon oxide; provides a buffer layer for the expansion of silicon oxide and forms a double carbon layer conductive network; and prepares silicon-carbon composite cathode material with improved cycle performance and its rate performance with simplified technological process, improved the utilization rate of silicon oxide, and greatly reduced production cost.
