NOVELTY - Composite polyethylene terephthalate/polyethylene film comprises outer layer, adhesive layer and base layer, and the outer layer is compounded on the base layer through the adhesive layer. The outer layer is a high-toughness graphene/polyethylene terephthalate composite film. The base layer is prepared from polyethylene resin. The adhesive layer is solvent-free adhesive. The graphene/polyethylene terephthalate composite film is bonded to the polyethylene resin base layer through a solvent-free bonding and compounding process. The thickness of the polyethylene resin base is 0.10-0.25mm, and the thickness of the outer layer is 0.01-0.03 mm. USE - The composite polyethylene terephthalate/polyethylene film is useful in medical packaging material of direct medicine for medical industry. ADVANTAGE - The composite polyethylene terephthalate/polyethylene film: has good packaging effect, good barrier property, high tensile wear resistance, and no solvent bonding compound; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite polyethylene terephthalate/polyethylene film comprising (1) mixing phenolic resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, oxetane and vinyl triamine to obtain a mixture, and after high-speed mixing obtain solvent-free adhesive, (2) performing PE resin casting to obtain base film, (3) subjecting graphene/polyethylene terephthalate composite film raw material to a stretching process to obtain an outer layer film, (4) coating solvent-free adhesive on base film with a coating amount of 1.2-2 g/m2to obtain an adhesive layer, adding outer layer film with adhesive layer under conditions of a pressure of 1.8-4.5 MPa and a temperature of 50-65℃ to obtain a semi-finished composite film, and (5) subjecting semi-finished composite film to aging treatment at 50-55℃ for 5-8 hours.
