▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of nanocrystalline carbon with one dimensional, two-dimensional, three-dimensional structures, nanocrystalline diamond, amorphous carbon and/or metal-carbon nanomaterial composite containing a post-transition metal and/or transition metal involves electrochemically reducing the carbon source which is an oxygenic organic compound or a mixture containing the oxygenic organic compound under ambient conditions at an onset potential 10 V or less in presence of an electrolyte and at least one electrode. The electrode comprises a metallic material comprising post-transition element, transition element, oxide, and/or their alloy. USE - Manufacture of nanocrystalline carbon, nanocrystalline diamond, amorphous carbon and/or metal-carbon nanomaterial composite (claimed) used for storing and managing energy and medical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method consumes less energy and reaction time, and provides nanocrystalline carbon with high productivity and one-dimension, two-dimensional and three-dimensional structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the nanocrystalline carbon with one dimensional, two-dimensional, three-dimensional structures, nanocrystalline diamond, amorphous carbon and/or metal-carbon nanomaterial composite. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of electrochemical cell for electrochemically reducing the oxygenic organic compound. 10Electrochemical cell 200Membrane 310Anolyte 320Anode 410Catholyte 420Cathode 500Power supply
