▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing silicate mineral modified reduced graphene oxide powder involves using certain amount of graphene oxide powder dispersed in a solvent, and place at ultrasonic mixing. The certain mass of silicate minerals dispersed in a solvent stirring, and then mixed two dispersions jointly ultrasound to obtain mixed dispersion liquid. The obtained mixed dispersion liquid is mixed with reducing agent, and subjected to heating reaction at 70-100 degrees C, preferably 95 degrees C for 1-5 hours to obtain composite. The obtained composite is centrifuge to obtain a silicate mineral modified reduced graphene. USE - Method for preparing silicate mineral modified reduced graphene oxide powder and for preparation of polymer emulsion composite water-based anti-corrosion coating and paint (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicate mineral modified reduced graphene oxide powder, which improve corrosion resistance of coating and paint, and is process in eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silicate mineral modified reduced graphene oxide powder involves using certain amount of graphene oxide powder dispersed in a solvent, and place at ultrasonic mixing. The certain mass of silicate minerals dispersed in a solvent stirring, and then mixed two dispersions jointly ultrasound to obtain mixed dispersion liquid. The obtained mixed dispersion liquid is mixed with reducing agent, and subjected to heating reaction at 70-100 degrees C, preferably 95 degrees C for 1-5 hours to obtain composite. The obtained composite is centrifuge to obtain a silicate mineral modified reduced graphene oxide dispersion, and dry to obtain silicate mineral modified reduced graphene oxide powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polymer emulsion composite water-based anti-corrosion coating by using the silicate mineral modified graphene oxide, which involves: (A) adding silicate mineral modified reduced graphene oxide powder which accounts for 0.1-1 wt.% of coating and dry film is pour into water, and ultrasonically mixing; (B) adding the dispersion into 20-40 wt.% polymer emulsion, stirring the solid content of the polymer emulsion to obtain a composite emulsion; and (C) adding 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor per 100 pts. wt. composite emulsion, stirring, 3-6 pts. wt. film-forming aid, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. thickener and 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. ADH or an aromatic amine water-based epoxy curing agent according to a ratio of epoxy equivalent to active hydrogen equivalent of 1:1-1:1.2 to obtain the desired product.
