▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphene oxide into water by sonication to form dispersion, and adding a solvent to the dispersion to form a solution. A temperature of the solution is controlled to form graphene, where the solvent is a water miscible solvent that is selected from a group comprising n-methylpyrrolidone, ethylene glycol, glycerin, dimethylpyrrolidone, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, acetonitrile, dimethylformamide, amine and alcohol. The temperature of the solution is controlled by heating the solution to approximately 200 degree Celsius. USE - Method for creating graphene for use in electronics and material science. ADVANTAGE - The method enables maintaining uniform dispensability of sheets of graphene oxide, thus minimizing agglomeration or clumping in the formed graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a composition of graphene comprising reduced graphitic carbon and a water miscible solvent. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a method for reducing graphene oxide to graphene.
