NOVELTY - An anti-crystallization vehicle urea comprises 150-190 pts. wt. high-purity urea, 1.2-2.8 pts. wt. crystallization inhibitor, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. acetylene glycol surfactant, 3-5 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 2-5 pts. wt. cold-resistant agent and 130-160 pts. wt. high-purity water. USE - Anti-crystallization vehicle urea. ADVANTAGE - The method uses crystallization inhibitor and cold-resistant agent to avoid crystallization of automobile urea, uses acetylenic diol surfactant to improve the activity of the automobile urea, and uses 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol for anti-oxidation, so the stability of the automobile urea can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anti-crystallization vehicle urea, which involves (s1) storing high-purity urea in a warehouse, adding urea to a stirring tank during production, adding high-purity purified water into a closed stirring tank, stirring and dissolving, uniformly mixing through a stirrer under the physical action to obtain a product with a specific concentration to obtain vehicle urea base solution, (s2) adding the crystallization inhibitor, acetylenic diol surfactant, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and cold-resistant agent into the urea base solution, mixing and stirring in a stirring tank, and pumping into a finished product tank for temporary storage and distribution.
