NOVELTY - Pipe body extrusion process of aluminum-magnesium alloy explosion-proof box, comprises (1) first placing aluminum-magnesium alloy in treatment modified solution for ultrasonic dispersion treatment, taking out and drying; the preparation of treatment modified solution comprises (a) adding silica sol to sodium alginate solution, adding hydrochloric acid and modified graphene, mixing and stirring evenly to obtain graphene composite liquid; (b) adding silane coupling agent KH560 and chitosan to phosphate buffer solution, and stirring fully to obtain modified liquid; and (c) stirring and mixing the modified liquid and the graphene composite liquid to obtain the modified solution; (2) performing extruding treatment, and straightening and correcting by using the straightening machine; (3) carrying out artificial aging treatment; (4) after the blank body comes out, it is processed by CNC machining; and (5) preparing spraying agent, spraying it together, after spraying, and drying. USE - The method is useful for pipe body extrusion process of aluminum-magnesium alloy explosion-proof box. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-magnesium alloy explosion-proof box: has excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Pipe body extrusion process of aluminum-magnesium alloy explosion-proof box, comprises (1) first placing aluminum-magnesium alloy in treatment modified solution for ultrasonic dispersion treatment, taking out and drying; the preparation of treatment modified solution comprises (a) adding 5-10 pts. wt. silica sol to 10-20 pts. wt. sodium alginate solution, adding 1-3 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid and 3-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, mixing and stirring evenly to obtain graphene composite liquid; (b) adding 4-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560 and 1-3 pts. wt. chitosan to 5-10 pts. wt. phosphate buffer solution, and stirring fully to obtain modified liquid; and (c) stirring and mixing the modified liquid and the graphene composite liquid according to the weight ratio of 1:5 to obtain the modified solution; (2) performing extruding treatment, and straightening and correcting by using the straightening machine; (3) carrying out artificial aging treatment; (4) after the blank body comes out, it is processed by CNC machining; and (5) preparing spraying agent, spraying it together, after spraying, and drying.
