▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cement grinding aid comprises 15-20 wt.% alcohol amine organic small molecule modified graphene mixed solution, 15-20 wt.% inorganic early reinforcing agent, 5-8 wt.% inorganic coagulant, 3-5 wt.% sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 8-10 wt.% molasses, 8-10 wt.% mixed glycol, and deionized water (remaining). The alcohol amine organic small molecule modified graphene mixed solution comprises alcohol amine mixture, graphene, and deionized water. The mass ratio of alcohol amine organic small molecule is 1:1:1. The mass ratio of alcohol amine mixture, graphene, and deionized water is 1:0.1-0.3:1.5:1. The inorganic early reinforcing agent is mixture of talc powder and glass fiber with mass ratio of 3:1. The inorganic coagulant is borax. The mixed glycol is mixture of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and propylene glycol at mass ratio of 2:1:2. USE - The grinding aid is useful for increasing cement production. ADVANTAGE - The cement grinding aid can greatly reduce the energy consumption of the powder process, especially can obviously improve the yield, excite the cement strength and improve the mechanical property of the cement.
