▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a flexible substrate provided with a thin graphene film array. The array is provided with a graphene alkene conductor. A row electrode and a column electrode (220) are electrically connected together. The substrate is made of polyethylene terephthalate or polyimide material. The row electrode and the column electrode are interlaced on an upper part of the substrate. The row electrode and the column electrode are insulated by an insulating layer. The row and column electrodes are processed by a silver paste screen printing or chemical vapor deposition film forming technique. USE - Graphene array-type flexible pressure distribution sensor for measuring tooth occluding pressure distribution, sole pressure distribution and tire pressure distribution. ADVANTAGE - The sensor utilizes the thin graphene film array to electrically connect the row and column electrodes so as to avoid deformation caused by pressure in the row and column electrodes, provide voltage detection information and achieve high detecting precision. The sensor has prolonged service life. The sensor is light and thin in structure. The sensor measures tooth occluding pressure distribution, sole pressure distribution and tire pressure distribution and improves usage range, and is safe and reliable to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene array-type flexible pressure distribution sensor manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a graphene array-type flexible tooth occluding pressure distribution sensor. Column electrode (220)
