▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene acrylic urethane coating comprises first component and second component at 10:3-5 mass ratio. The first component comprises 60-65 wt.% acrylic polyurethane emulsion with 50 plus minus 2% solid content, 0.5-1 wt.% dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 0.5-1 wt.% leveling agent, 10-15 wt.% deionized water, 20-27.1 wt.% filler, 1.5-3 wt.% cosolvent, and 0.3-0.5 wt.% graphene. The second component comprises 60-80 wt.% curing agent and 20-40 wt.% cosolvent. USE - Aqueous graphene acrylic urethane coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has impact resistance of 50 cm, bending resistance of 1 mm, increase in hardness of 2-3 times, good flexibility, excellent adhesion, and aging resistance time of greater than or equal to 2000 hours. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating comprising adding acrylic polyurethane emulsion to stirring vessel, stirring at 800-1200 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 20 minutes, adding dispersant, 80% of defoamer and 40% of leveling agent, stirring at 800-1200 rpm until dispersion is uniform, adding filler, cosolvent, graphene solution and deionized water sequentially, stirring at 1000-1500 rpm until dispersion is uniform, milling dispersion at 2000-2500 rpm to fineness of less than or equal to 20 mu m, transferring to stirring vessel, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm, and adding remaining defoamer, leveling agent and deionized water to obtain first component; adding acrylic polyurethane emulsion curing agent to stirring vessel, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 10 minutes, adding co-solvent, and stirring at 800-1000 rpm until dispersion is uniform to obtain second component; and mixing first component and second component at 10:3-5 ratio.
