DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of plating solution which involves preparing plating solution, cleaning substrate surface, plating at 80-90 degrees C and 10-20 mu m/ hour speed under 4.6-5.5 pH value for 60-120 minutes, and heating at 300-350 degrees C for 60 minutes under inert atmosphere.
