NOVELTY - Self-lubricating material comprises a matrix material, a solid lubricant, graphene and coupling agent. The matrix material comprises 48 wt.% titanium, 46 wt.% aluminum, 2 wt.% chromium, 2 wt.% niobium, 1 wt.% boron and 1 wt.% magnesium. The mass of the solid lubricant is 5-10 wt.%; the mass of the graphene is 50-80 wt.%, the mass of the coupling agent is 120-200 wt.% of the mass of the graphene. USE - Used as self-lubricating material. ADVANTAGE - The material has a wide effective lubrication temperature range, strong wear resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance and adopts the solid lubricant as dust falling during the wear process of the accessories, so as to achieve the effect of self-lubricating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the self-lubricating material comprising (a) mixing titanium powder, aluminum powder, chromium powder, niobium powder, boron powder, magnesium powder and solid lubricant, adding vacuum ball milling tank for ball milling and alcohol as dispersant, where the rotating speed is 150-250 revolutions/minute, the ball milling time is 12-15 ours, (b) screening the ground paste obtained by ball milling by 200-400 meshes stainless steel sieve, filtering, (c) sieving and washing, drying the material obtained after filtering in vacuum state, (d) adding graphene and coupling agent into the powder obtained after drying, fully mixing, placing the mixed powder in the ultrasonic device for processing 30 minutes and (e) adding the powder into the graphite mold and placing in the discharge plasma sintering device for sintering, where the sintering temperature is 1000-1200degrees Celsius, the heating speed is 120degrees Celsius/minute, the sintering pressure is 30-50 MPa, the vacuum degree is 10-100 Pa and the heat preservation time is 8-10 minutes.
