NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene pediatric paste comprises taking 15-20 pts. wt. holly bark, 15-20 pts. wt. mint, 10-15 pts. wt. elder flower, 5-10 pts. wt. ginger, 2-5 pts. wt. Perilla, crushing, soaking in 40-70% ethanol solution for 3 hours, soaking for 1-3 times, combining filtrates, concentrating under reduced pressure, clarifying, decolorizing, eluting with AB-8 macroporous resin using 30-50% ethanol, washing under reduced pressure, drying to obtain Chinese herbal extract, dissolving 200 mg graphene powder in 1 L aqueous solution of Chinese herbal medicine extract, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour to obtain graphene solution, stirring, adding 1 mol/L gelatin solution, stirring for 1 hour, mixing, standing for 24 hours, removing bubbles to obtain graphene-gelatin drug-loaded hydrogel, uniformly stirring, pouring into mold and placing in refrigerator at 0-4 degrees C for 24-48 hours.
