NOVELTY - The electrode has a graphene/manganese dioxide nano fiber composite thin film and polyaniline nanotubes composite. The graphene and manganese dioxide nano fiber composite thin film is configured to form the graphene/manganese dioxide nano fiber composite film. The aniline monomer in the surface of the graphene/manganese dioxide nano fiber composite film performs the manganese dioxide nano fiber template polymerization to form the polyaniline nanotube. USE - Polyaniline-nanotube modified ultra-thin graphene film electrode for portable energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process of the ultra-thin graphene film electrode modified by polyaniline nano tube is simplified. The film thickness and polyaniline content are controlled. The high volume ratio of capacitance and excellent quality of the capacitance value are obtained.
