▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/hydroxyapatite complex ceramic material comprises respectively preparing the same concentration of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate solution and ammonium phosphate solution, stirring and homogenizing, adding the graphene oxide to the mixed solution, maintaining constant pH and stirring, centrifuging the slurry with water and drying, microwave sintering, incubating, heating, incubating and cooling. USE - The graphene/hydroxyapatite complex ceramic material is useful in the preparation of particulate artificial bone (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has short production cycle, simple process and no waste of raw materials; produces material with wear resistance, non-toxic side effects and toughness; and is easy to establish a fully automated production line. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/hydroxyapatite complex ceramic material comprises (a) respectively preparing the same concentration of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate solution and ammonium phosphate solution, adjusting the pH value of the calcium nitrate tetrahydrate solution with ammonia water and stirring and homogenizing the mixture of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate solution and ammonium phosphate solution, (b) adding the graphene oxide to the mixed solution of step (a), maintaining constant pH and stirring, to obtain a slurry, centrifuging the slurry with water and drying, (c) subjecting the dried product of step (b) to microwave sintering, sintering at a rate of 18-20 degrees C/minute at 890-910 degrees C, incubating at 890-910 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, heating at 1050-1100 degrees C at a rate of 5-8 degrees C/minute, incubating at 1050-1100 degrees C for 20-40 minutes and cooling at a rate of 22-24 degrees C/minute.
