NOVELTY - A graphene/boron carbide ceramic composite material comprises boron carbide matrix phase, and 0.5-5 wt.% graphene. USE - A graphene/boron carbide ceramic composite material used for manufacturing a bullet-proof plate or wearable device (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene/boron carbide ceramic composite material, comprising: (A) carrying out microwave heating expansion of a flake graphite at 900 W for 20-40 seconds, adding deionized water to the heat expanded graphite, stirring and ultrasonic dispersing, and shredding to obtain sheet-shaped graphene suspension liquid; (B) adding boron carbide powder to the sheet-shaped graphene suspension liquid, high-energy ball milling for 20-40 hours, spraying, and granulating to obtain a powder; and (C) placing the powder in a graphite mold, under vacuum environment, heating to 2150 degrees C at 70-100 degrees C/minute, keeping the temperature for 5 minutes, fast cooling to 1950 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, and applying 30~50 MPa.
