NOVELTY - Carbon-based composite material comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and a complexing agent. The first substrate comprises 25-35 pts .wt. graphene, 15-25 pts .wt. carbon fiber, 2-8 pts .wt. auxiliary agent and 10-25 pts .wt. reinforcing material. The second substrate comprises 2-15 pts .wt. sodium citrate, 4-15 pts .wt. trivalent iron salt 5-10 pts .wt. solvent and 5-10 pts .wt. sodium acetate USE - The carbon-based composite material is useful as electromagnetic wave absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon-based composite material has excellent electromagnetic radiation absorbing effect; absorb electromagnetic radiation with different wavelengths; has strong electromagnetic radiation absorption, wide absorption range and reduces electromagnetic radiation so as to protect human health safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon-based composite material comprising mixing first substrate, second substrate and complexing agent to obtain the carbon-based composite material.
