NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene metal antirust paint with good insulating property comprises 44-45 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 6.6-6.9 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 4.5-4.7 pts. wt. graphene, 8-9 pts. wt. glass fiber, 6-8 pts. wt. tributyl citrate, 11-12 pts. wt. potassium feldspar, 2-4 pts. wt. xanthan gum, 2-3 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. ylang-ylang oil, 1.7-1.9 pts. wt. octyltriethoxysilane, 19-22 pts. wt. pigment and deionized water. USE - Aqueous graphene metal antirust paint with good insulating property. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene metal antirust paint has good insulating property and provides coating film, which has improved hardness, chemical resistance, water resistance, cracking resistance, and corrosion and rust resistance, environment protection and no pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous graphene metal antirust paint with good insulating property comprising grinding potassium feldspar, sieving by 120-140-mesh sieve, adding tributyl citrate, adding in high speed mixer, high speed stirring for 10-15 minutes, high temperature treating at 670-720 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding glass fiber and xanthan gum ultrasonically grinding for 40-50 minutes, obtaining modified potassium feldspar powder, adding dimethyl silicone oil with 1-2 times by weight of deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding octyltriethoxysilane, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene, mixing uniformly, putting under 85-95 degrees C water bath, standing for 8-10 hours, adding into a mixer, high speed stirring at 10000 revolutions/minute for 30 seconds, filtering, washing to neutral, drying to obtain modified graphene, cleaning waste polystyrene foam, airing, crushing, adding 1.5-2 times by weight of mixed solvent under stirring condition, continuously stirring to completely dissolve, adding acrylate emulsion and ylang-ylang essential oil, stirring to uniformly mix, putting under 55-65 degrees C water bath, quickly stirring for 20-30 minutes, obtaining modified acrylate emulsion, adding modified potassium feldspar powder and modified graphene into deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, slowly adding pigment under stirring condition, high speed stirring for 30-60 minutes, ball milling to particle diameter of less than 60 mu m, adding modified acrylate emulsion, continuously dispersing uniformly, 0.1 MPa vacuum degassing for 1-2 hours, filtering and discharging.
