▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrical contact material comprises 0.1-2.0 wt.% nickel plated graphite and 98.0-99.9 wt.% copper alloy, where the copper alloy comprises 0.15-0.5 wt.% bismuth, wt.% metal X and balance amount of copper, and X is selected from zinc, tin, aluminum, nickel or silver. USE - Electrical contact material. ADVANTAGE - The electrical contact material has high hardness, mechanical shock resistance and anti-arc erosion performance, and reduces electrical and heat conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing electrical contact material, which involves: (A) depositing metal nickel on surface of graphene to obtain nickel plated graphene; (B) granulating copper alloy to 200-300 meshes copper alloy powder; (C) subjecting nickel plated graphene and copper alloy to perform ball milling process; and (D) mixing the obtained material to obtain mixed powder and then sintering the mixed material to obtain the desired product.
