▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing polyurethane-based graphene comprises e.g. using the improved Hummer's method to obtain graphene oxide, adding graphene oxide and organic solvent into the three-necked flask with stirring, dispersing ultrasonically, heating the three-necked flask and heating in water bath, introducing nitrogen protective gas, and then adding isocyanate to react, adding capping agent monohydric alcohol or monoamine into three-necked flask to end the reaction of isocyanate, and reacting, adding a reducing agent to the three-necked flask, pouring the stagnate slurry into the methylene dichloride. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyurethane-based graphene in polyurethane fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product has good dispersivity and stable property, good compatibility with the polyurethane solution; polyurethane fiber: has high strength, high elongation at break, high blackness, antibacterial and anti-ultraviolet function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyurethane-based graphene comprises (i) using the improved Hummer's method to obtain graphene oxide; (ii) adding graphene oxide and organic solvent into the three-necked flask with stirring, dispersing ultrasonically for 2-8 hours; (iii) heating the three-necked flask and heating in water bath at 40-80 degrees C, introducing nitrogen protective gas, and then adding isocyanate to react for 4-24 hours; (iv) adding terminating agent monohydric alcohol or monoamine into three-necked flask to end the reaction of isocyanate, and reacting for 4-24 hours; (v) adding a reducing agent to the three-necked flask for 4-24 hours; (vi) pouring the stagnate slurry into the methylene dichloride after the reaction, filtering, and washing in dichloromethane; and (vii) placing the filter cake in a vacuum, and drying in an oven for 4-24 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of polyurethane-based graphene in polyurethane fibers comprising dissolving the obtained polyurethane-based graphene in an organic solvent to form a slurry, then adding slurry to the polyurethane solution, stirring at a temperature of 40-60 degrees C for 1-4 hours, to obtain black polyurethane solution, and then spinning to obtain black polyurethane fibers.
