▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carbon material dispersion liquid comprises at least one carbon material chosen from carbon black, carbon fiber, carbon nanotube, graphite and graphene, water, and a polymer dispersant. The polymer dispersant contains a polymer composed of 50-80 %mass structural unit (a1) derived from (meth)acrylonitrile and 20-50 %mass structural unit (a2) derived from (meth)acrylic acid based on total of 100 %mass structural units (a1, a2), and has least a portion of an alkali-neutralized carboxyl group. The polymer has a number average molecular weight of 10000-50000, and contains a polymer block A composed of 70-90 %mass structural unit (b1) derived from acrylonitrile and a polymer block B composed of 30-90 %mass structural unit (b2) derived from methacrylic acid based on total of 100 %mass structural units (b1, b2). The polymer block A has a number average molecular weight of 8000-40000 and a molecular weight distribution of 1.8 or less. USE - Carbon material dispersion liquid used for manufacturing coating material, ink, coating agent, resin molding material, conductive material, thermally conductive material, antistatic material, battery material, mechanical component, and coating film (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electronic component tray, integrated circuit, chip cover, electromagnetic wave shield, automobile component, and robot component. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material dispersion liquid has stable dispersibility for a long period of time, excellent storage stability, viscosity and workability, and easily provides film having high transparency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A carbon material dispersion liquid comprises at least one carbon material chosen from carbon black, carbon fiber, carbon nanotube, graphite and graphene, water, and a polymer dispersant. The polymer block A has a number average molecular weight of 8000-40000 and a molecular weight distribution of 1.8 or less. The content of carboxy group in polymer block A is less than the content of carboxy group in polymer block B.
