NOVELTY - The biosensor has a coating material layer formed with a nanometer metal wire as a coating metal. A plating film material layer (4) is plated on a polishing plane. The coating material layer is provided with a graphene (5) and a metal wire (6). An optical fiber is formed with a D-shaped optical fiber. A side polishing area is coated with the graphene, metal nanowires and a graphene structure. An optical fiber sensor of a sandwich structure is formed with the graphene of a biosensor main body. A metal layer is provided with the metal wire to replace a traditional metal film. Two sides of the metal nanowires are coated with the graphene. USE - D-shaped optical fiber based graphene-metal-graphene biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor reduces the volume of sensing system small high stability, better integration, utilizes a metal nano wire to replace the traditional metal film, and enhances the flexibility and application range of the sensor.
