NOVELTY - Preparation of antistatic agent involves dispersing graphene powder in a solvent, obtaining graphene dispersion, mixing the graphene dispersion with an adhesive polymer solution, and diluting resultant mixed solution to viscosity of 0.5-200 Pa.second. USE - Preparation of antistatic agent used for preparing antistatic plastic substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antistatic agent enables preparation of plastic substrate having excellent antistatic and wear resistance, without affecting properties of the plastic product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antistatic plastic substrate, which involves coating the antistatic agent on a plastic substrate at thickness of 90-180 nm, and calcining at 90-130 degrees C for 3-15 minutes.
