▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphite film/graphene composite film includes preparing slurry graphene oxide or graphene slurry material, and tiling the graphite film, pouring the slurry graphene oxide or graphene slurry into die, naturally evaporating moisture, and shaping the film to obtain oxidized graphene film or graphene film; drying the formed film to obtain oxidized graphene film or graphene film in hydroiodic acid to obtain the reduced graphene film, and treating the graphene film or reduced graphene film, and annealing to prepare the graphite film/graphene composite film. USE - Method for preparing graphite film/graphene composite film (claimed) used in electronics and aviation fields. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and controllable, has good repeatability, low cost and easy large-scale production. The prepared graphite film/graphene composite film has shiny surface, low resistance, thermal conductivity and heat dissipation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphite film/graphene composite film comprises: (A) preparing graphene oxide using improved Hummers method, centrifuging the prepared graphene oxide at 500-12000 revolutions/minute, separating and washing for 3-5 times to obtain the graphene oxide slurry with concentration of 0.1-20 mg/ml, or reducing the graphene oxide with a reducing agent to remove the surface of the oxygen-containing group to obtain graphene, and centrifugal separating the supernatant of the prepared graphene at 500-12000 revolutions/minute to obtain 0.1-20 mg/ml graphene slurry; and (B) tiling the graphite film having the upper mold with different thicknesses, pouring the slurry graphene oxide or graphene slurry into die repeatedly until the surface is smooth and has no obvious bubble, naturally evaporating moisture, and shaping the film to obtain oxidized graphene film or graphene film, drying the formed film to obtain oxidized graphene film or graphene film having a thickness of 0.5-100 mu m, drying the oxidized graphene film in 0.1-11 mol/l hydroiodic acid to obtain the reduced graphene film, and treating the graphene film or reduced graphene film for 10 minutes in high temperature furnace, and annealing at 600-3000 degrees C for 3 hours to prepare the graphite film/graphene composite film.
