▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing Polygonum multiflorum medicinal residue-based porous carbon, involves (a) pre-carbonizing dried P.multiflorum powder at 300-600 degrees C under protective atmosphere to obtain pre-carbonized product, and (b) uniformly mixing pre-carbonized product with inorganic salt mixture, and performing pyrolysis in air atmosphere to obtain medicinal residue-based porous carbon, where the inorganic salt mixture comprises potassium chloride and/or sodium bicarbonate. USE - Method for preparing Polygonum multiflorum medicinal residue-based porous carbon used for preparing electrodes, and useful in porous carbon electrode based on P.multiflorum residue in supercapacitors and/or lithium ion batteries (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environmentally-friendly, and the prepared porous carbon has stable structure, high capacity and cycle stability, stable properties and low impedance, and solves the problem of high toxicity and high cost of activator in traditional porous carbon preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (I) a P.multiflorum medicinal residue-based porous carbon prepared using above-mentioned method; (II) a porous carbon electrode based on P.multiflorum residue prepared using P.multiflorum medicinal residue-based porous carbon, conductive material and binder; and (III) a method for preparing porous carbon electrode based on P.multiflorum residue, involving (i) uniformly mixing P.multiflorum medicinal residue-based porous carbon and the conductive substance to obtain powder active substance, (ii) uniformly mixing PTFE solution with powder active material to obtain coating material, (c) coating obtained coating material on carrier, drying and compacting to obtain porous carbon electrode.
