NOVELTY - A solid electrolyte material comprises 20-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide nanotubes, 30-75 pts. wt. solvent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. polymer matrix and 0.2-2.5 pts. wt. lithium salt. USE - Solid electrolyte material for electrolyte membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solid electrolyte material has better structure stability and cycle performance, high ionic conductivity, eco-friendly, and can be prepared in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an electrolyte membrane (2) a method for producing a solid electrolyte material, which involves adding a graphene oxide nanotubes in a solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing the solution to obtain a graphene oxide nanotube solution, stirring two or more polymer matrix at a stirring rate of 20-400 rpm/minutes and dissolving in the graphene oxide nanotube solution, after dissolving the polymer matrix, adding a lithium salt, and stirring the mixture at 80-100 rpm/minutes for 1.5-2 hours to obtain the finished product.
