NOVELTY - A cobalt oxide-doped three-dimensional graphene is prepared by absorbing cobalt ion via solidified persimmon tannin, carbonizing, and impregnating three dimensional graphene composite. USE - Method for preparing cobalt oxide-doped three-dimensional graphene for super capacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The super capacitor electrode material has charge and discharge of 0-0.4V at current density of 1 A/g and specific capacitance of 1000-1200 F/g. The method is simple. The nanoparticles are highly dispersed and improved super capacitance property.
