NOVELTY - Method for immobilizing oxidoreductase by coordination of graphene oxide-wool keratin with metal ions, involves adding oxidoreductase to a wool keratin solution with a concentration of 0.1-50 mg/ml, where the final concentration of the oxidoreductase is 0.1-100 mg/ml, mixing at 0-50degreesC, adding metal ions, where the final concentration is 0.8-40 mM for coordination, the metal ions include magnesium divalent ion, zinc divalent ion, nickel divalent ion, manganese divalent ion or copper divalent ion, adding graphene oxide solution, making final concentration of 0.01-100 mg/ml, and mixing the materials at 0-50degrees Celsius. USE - The method is useful for immobilizing oxidoreductase by coordination of graphene oxide-wool keratin with metal ions. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has mild preparation conditions and exhibits high immobilization rate and high recovery rate. The immobilized oxidoreductase has enhanced pH stability and repeated use stability.
