NOVELTY - A graphene oxide loaded metal phthalocyanine anticorrosive coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises film-forming substance, graphene oxide loaded metal phthalocyanine, inorganic fillers, diluent and defoamer composition, where mass ratio of film-forming substance, graphene oxide loaded metal phthalocyanine, inorganic fillers, diluent and defoamer in mass ratio 100:(0.1-0.5):(25-35):(30-50):(0.5-1.5). The component (B) comprises curing agent and diluent, where mass ratio of curing agent and diluent is 1:(3-5). USE - Graphene oxide loaded metal phthalocyanine anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating has improved solubility, environmental stability and excellent corrosion resistance, and is prepared using simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene oxide loaded metal phthalocyanine anticorrosive coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises film-forming substance, graphene oxide loaded metal phthalocyanine, inorganic fillers, diluent and defoamer composition, where mass ratio of film-forming substance, graphene oxide loaded metal phthalocyanine, inorganic fillers, diluent and defoamer in mass ratio 100:(0.1-0.5):(25-35):(30-50):(0.5-1.5). The component (B) comprises curing agent and diluent, where mass ratio of curing agent and diluent is 1:(3-5). The mass ratio of component (A) and component (B) is 10:1. The graphene oxide loaded metal phthalocyanine is prepared by (1) modifying tetranitro metal phthalocyanine using mercaptosilane as modifier and anhydrous dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent in presence of alkaline catalyst, reacting at constant temperature for 48 hours at 90 degrees C in nitrogen atmosphere, filtering, vacuum drying at 50 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain ink blue mercaptosilane modified tetranitro metal phthalocyanine solid powder, (2) ultrasonically dispersing solid powder in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, adding oxidized graphene, where mass ratio of graphene oxide and solid powder is 1:5, adding reaction promoter, reacting at 95 degrees C for 40 hours in nitrogen atmosphere, centrifuging, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain black solid powder.
