NOVELTY - Cleaning agent comprises 4-15 wt.% triethanolamine functionalized graphene, 13-25 wt.% surfactant, 1-2 wt.% metal corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-0.8 wt.% preservative and rest is water. USE - Cleaning agent for cleaning metal work piece (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cleaning agent has strong complexing action, strong adsorption capacity, and retains triethanolamine hydrophilicity, cleans oil of triethanolamine, and is used without additional complexing agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing cleaning agent, which involves: (A) preparing triethanolamine functionalized graphene by using graphene oxide as raw material, dissolving material in deionized water at a concentration of 2-3mg/L and pH of 1-2, ultrasonically dispersing it to obtain uniform dispersion liquid, and uniformly dispersing and mixing obtained dispersion liquid and triethanolamine in a volume ratio of 20-25:1 to obtain a mixture; (B) heating and reacting obtained mixture in a water bath at 70-90 degrees C for 2-5 hours to obtain suspension, centrifuging obtained suspension, washing suspension with anhydrous ethanol and deionized water to make it neutral, and drying it at 60-70 degrees C to obtain triethanolamine functionalized graphene; and (C) adding and stirring triethanolamine functionalized graphene, surfactant, metal corrosion inhibitor, preservative and water to obtain stirred liquid as final product.
